Eligible Refunds:
- Applies only to first-time customers and only one unit of Hang Caps.
- You must request your refund within 30 days of the delivery date.
- No refunds will be issued for shipping charges or additional units.
- Refunds are limited to purchases made directly from our website.
How to Request a Refund:
Email us at support@blackwavenutrition.com with:
- Your full name
- Order number
- A brief explanation of why you weren’t satisfied
We typically respond within 2 business days and issue refunds to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.
Damaged or Defective Items:
If your order arrives damaged or defective, email us within 30 days and we’ll send a free replacement — no need to return anything.
Additional Notes:
- We do not accept returns of used or opened products for safety reasons.
- Subscription orders must be canceled or skipped at least 24 hours before the next scheduled shipment. Email us at support@blackwavenutrition.com if you need help with that.
- Orders placed using referral or discount programs are not eligible for refunds.
